SPECIALIST SUPPORT COORDINATION – LEVEL 3
CLARITY THROUGH COMPLEXITY
If no one has ever asked how they can help you manage your challenges – let’s start there. It’s a simple but powerful question that provides a starting place to work through the answer together. We’re your ally, but we don’t assume or speak for you.
Complex needs and times of crisis require specialist support to minimise the barriers blocking the best use of your NDIS plan. Using our extensive network and a rare depth of knowledge, we tailor programs to your purpose: no wasted time or empty promises. We get optimal outcomes by connecting you to the right providers with the right experience.
We’re here because we understand complex challenges and how to connect you to the right support to see you soar.
WHAT IS LEVEL 3 SPECIALIST SUPPORT COORDINATION?
Level 3 coordinators perform much the same functions as Level 2 coordinators. The difference? They work with NDIS participants with more complex needs, like mental health, to access social work, education and legal resources.
With the training and experience to work with multifaceted requirements, specialists know the inner workings of the NDIS and how to architect a plan utilising all available resources. Taking a tailored, client-centred approach, we cut through the convoluted to codesign and implement a plan built around the nuance of you and your life.
Specialists know what support you qualify for and how to secure funding and coordinate your commitments. Their ongoing support includes crisis strategies, consistent planning and reassessment of how it’s all working for you.
‘Sunitha’s knowledge of the NDIS scheme helped me navigate my plan and cut through the confusion. Her thorough attention to detail made it easy to complete my job as an occupational therapist.’
BEYOND THE ORDINARY
This is a safe space to chat about your complex needs in detail. We know NDIS, mainstream and community services so we can broaden your options. Our skills gear towards building your capacity so we can take meaningful, collective action for change.
Having a Specialist Support Coordinator in your court means you get the in-depth problem-solving skills needed to navigate otherwise restrictive practices. We can identify and resolve complex issues, negotiate with providers, read specialist reports, interpret NDIS legislation and COAG agreements, and provide insight based on experience.
Culturally aware and fluent in four languages, our expert specialist services are inclusive and flexible to further the future you see for yourself.
We have robust relationships with internal and external health providers and community and mainstream support. Our passionate and professional Specialist Support Coordinators are proactive, adaptable and detail-driven in finding you the right support in your community. Connect with specialist disability accommodation (SDA), supported independent living (SIL), transitioning from hospital to home and risk assessments.
Because some things can’t wait, we work smart and fast, and our support plans define distinct tasks. We’re not all words and no action – we get things done and do it transparently, keeping the feedback loop open.
Your ordinary life is waiting: go grab it.
